Bradford Volvo dealership Clive Brook has appointed Craig Learoyd as its new service manager through a well-deserved internal promotion.

Craig has nearly 15 year’s experience in the motor trade and has been recognised by the directors of Clive Brook Ltd in the announcement of his promotion of service manager, a key role with the after sales operation. He will be responsible for over 10 factory trained staff, £1m worth of labour and parts sales, a courtesy car fleet and the desire to be Yorkshire Volvo Centre of Excellence.

Craig has worked for Clive Brook Ltd for the past five years and prior to joining Volvo gained extensive aftersales knowledge with Vauxhall, Citroen, Jaguar and Nissan. Learoyd has already provided a huge amount of both experience and expertise to the West Yorkshire dealership’s service team which is aiming to elevate its customer service levels to new heights.

Craig commented: “I am delighted to take on this new position after being with Clive Brook for five years. There is a really motivated team here who are committed to providing great service to our customers and I want to continue improve that standard even more.”

Managing Director, Clive Brook said: “Craig has been a fantastic addition to the team since he joined in 2009 and his new promotion will allow us to further improve our offering to our customers. Craig continues to pass on his expertise not just to his team but everyone around the dealership - we wish Craig every success in his new role.”

Away from the Canal Road showroom, you can often find Craig, married with a seven-year old daughter, taking the time to watch Bradford City play as an avid fan of the local club.
