Hello, I’m Rebecca! In these difficult times, I have been lucky enough to join team Nobull as an Account Executive working on a range of lifestyle, leisure and health and wellbeing clients. The interview process was very different to usual, I was invited to a virtual Teams interview where I met Kally and Jo. They made me feel very comfortable straight away which allowed me to feel confident throughout the interview process. I was then invited to a second video interview where I met Steve and Anne-Marie and spoke through more of my experiences and got an idea of the culture of the company.
After spending months on furlough and then unfortunately being made redundant from my previous job, I spent a lot of my time during the pandemic applying for countless other positions. To make best use of the time I had off, I also completed the online Google Digital Garage course which helped to refresh and expand my knowledge in digital marketing.
My first day working at Nobull was really exciting. I came into the office with Amy and Kally for a socially distanced induction, however everyone else was working from home so I got to meet them all over a Teams video call. My week involved a lot of training on clients that I’ll be working with and the internal processes at Nobull. It has been a mixture of working from home and coming into the office throughout the week due to the current situation with COVID, however the team have been very friendly and helpful via video calls with anything I have needed. I’ve spent most of my time completing client research and learning about their products and processes, so I am ready to get stuck in on these great brands.
I’ve really enjoyed my first week at Nobull and I am looking forward to learning and developing my skills. In this current climate I feel very grateful for the opportunity, and I am excited to start building my career at Nobull.
