· Ground breaking communications campaign in category P product sector
· Nobull working across b2b and b2c channels
· Sociabull, the social media division of Nobull Communications, working within pharmacovigilance guidelines
Sociabull, Nobull’s sister agency, has been appointed to establish social media for the Quinoderm brand, recently acquired by Alliance Pharma. Nobull will also work alongside the Alliance team to develop and integrate other b2b and b2c brand communications channels.
The campaign will utilise social media platforms to build a Quinoderm community for acne sufferers, parents and pharmacists. This is groundbreaking in the sector, as Quinoderm is a category P product, meaning that it can only be sold via pharmacists and therefore is subject to strict guidelines. Sociabull is handling all social media working within the pharmacovigilance guidelines.
The campaign will help grow awareness with consumers and pharmacists to tackle a delicate issue affecting teenagers and adults alike.
“Quinoderm has a fantastic heritage which will be tapping into to sell its story to both the media via traditional PR channels and the consumer via social media. Just because the product has strict guidelines surrounding promotion and advertising doesn’t mean we can’t fully utilise the power of social engagement and we are breaking barriers with the work we are doing,” says Anne-marie Payne, Director at Nobull Communications.
