Qualifications Ideally a useful degree – PR or marketing. Or hands on experience in an agency, or in-house Experience Graduates, preferably who have one year’s placement in a PR environment. Post Graduate and Placements We have a policy of attracting new talent to the business, to keep us fresh and enable the existing team to progress in their careers We want to be able to select the best, to add to our team of the best If we have someone for Placement and they are good, we often invite them to work with us in their holidays and consider employing them at the end of their degree The Nobull Experience We want to ensure that everyone who joins Nobull understands and supports our ethos from week one That they appreciate what we can offer in terms of hands-on diverse learning, the benefit of our knowledge and experience honed over many years, encouraging their creativity and refine their skills To encourage them to go beyond their comfort zone and find new skills, building on their experience and knowledge daily To give them the confidence to sparkle Planning and processes Each Placement or Graduate will be given an induction plan to cover off the basics in week 1, with a six month development plan that encompasses every area of what we do. They are allocated a client in month 1, becoming a key member of the account team After six months they are given an appraisal to give them feedback on how they are progressing, identify strengths and areas that need focusing on to develop and improve. This then guides us on what needs to be achieved in the final six months Placement students will be given all the support material they need at the end of their time with us to help them in their future career Packages and benefits

Every day here is different and that’s one of the best aspects of the working for Nobull. The people are great and while we work bleedin’ hard we also have a real laugh! I joined Nobull in 2004. My previous experience was with big corporates and to join a small PR & Events company was a bit of a culture shock to begin with, but I was made to feel really welcome and part of the team from the start. Nobull really is a fab place to work and I’ve never had the ‘Sunday night jitters’ since I joined. Every day is different. You never know what is going to be thrown at you and it can often be a hectic and noisy environment to work in. Our team is incredibly professional and focussed and we get real results. Everyone’s input is encouraged for every project we work on and we all get very excited when we win a bit of new business, to the extent that we’ve even got our own song! We all muck in when there’s a deadline to meet and nobody is too important to make the coffee or empty the dishwasher.
