At Nobull we love all things events, from events expos to new venues, we are always keeping an eye out for the latest events trends and hotspots! Last week our events team were invited to an exclusive lunch at Church House, Westminster. Being the foodies and events pros we are, we quickly accepted this invitation!
After a walk from the tube station past Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey, we arrived at Church House. The Grade II listed building in located in Dean’s Yard, a peaceful green setting - we felt as if we had just walked on to the set of Downton Abbey!
We began our visit by looking around Church House’s many rooms. All the rooms vary in size, which is perfect for private dining experience or conferences. The room that really caught our eye was the Assembly Hall, this room was built in 1939 and featured a striking 30-foot glass dome.
We then sat down for a two-course lunch in the Bishop
Partridge Hall, overlooking Dean’s Yard. The food was as equally as incredible
as the venue, for our main we enjoyed a delicious chicken breast wrapped in Parma
Ham and garlic butter served with vegetables and butternut squash puree. This
was followed by deconstructed lemon cheesecakes with a raspberry and popping
candy puree. One word – AMAZING!
After we finished our meal we explored the venue again, snapping away our favourite rooms and views (which you can see on our Instagram page) and headed back to Nobull Headquarters.
Thank you to Church House for inviting us to view your beautiful venue! We can’t wait to explore opportunities for our Clients!
