Award nomination recognises excellent customer care
Clive Brook recently acquired second Volvo dealership in HuddersfieldBradford-based Volvo dealership, Clive Brook, has been shortlisted for a 'Customer Care Award' at the Motor Trader Industry Awards 2015.
The Customer Care Award recognises a vehicle retailer's efforts to promote customer care, which have contributed to a business' profits and success. Entrants needed to demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business. This is something Clive Brook Volvo, located on Canal Road, is renowned for after enjoying a record-breaking first seven years, which included winning consecutive Trading Standards awards for 'Excellence in Customer Service'.
Clive Brook and his team will find out if they are winners on the biggest night in the retail motor industry calendar at a gala dinner at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on 8 July.
