Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions has appointed Nobull Communications to manage communications across its car and commercial vehicle leasing and driving instructor businesses - Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions, Hitachi Capital Commercial Vehicle Services and Driving Instructor Centre.
