Unique concept reaches global audience

Concept:

Totally new concept in ‘baby’ websites; an internet TV channel devoted to mother and baby programming, designed to provide a diverse range of ‘real life’ experience, combined with expert advice from a panel of midwives, obstetricians, paediatricians and health professionals. News, advice and entertaining new baby shows will be available through the site in video form, 24 hours a day.

The material shown on the website has been shot to broadcast TV standards by the producers of such popular TV programmes as: Special Babies, Homebirth Diaries, From Here to Maternity, and Home Grown Babies.

This is the brainchild of Bernadette Bos, the UK’s leading TV producer of pregnancy and birth programming and qualified midwife. She explains, “we hope to provide mothers and fathers with a network of support, reassurance and friendship in an easily accessible and highly interactive online TV forum.

The project:

With a small budget mybirth.tv needed a soft launch focussing on media awareness and educating parents-to-be and health professionals about its invaluable resource.

Results:

Initial registrations established

Additional commercial relationships developed – improving links and generating advertising revenue
